Freshly handmade with fresh salted egg yolk, quality Japanese flour and French butter and cream, the fluffy mooncake crust wraps around the creamy custard mixed with salted egg yolk crumbs, exuding rich custard, egg-yolky flavors from the inside and out. What makes it even better? There is no additive or preservative added! 
Chocolate & Sea Salt Mooncake
Freshly handmade with French cocoa powder, sea salt and quality Japanese flour, this mooncake is all about the irresistible aromatic chocolate flavor from the crust to the filling! The overall taste is even further sublimated to a whole new level with the use of a little French sea salt! 

Each box includes:

Room Temperature (25°C): to be consumed within 7 days from production date
Fridge (0-4°C): to be consumed within 10 days from production date

Oven: Preheat the oven at 180°C for approximately 3-5 minutes, then place the mooncake in the oven for approximately 8 minutes
Rice Cooker: Place the mooncake in the rice cooker, then reheat for approximately 30 minutes using “Rice” mode
Airfryer: Place the mooncake in the airfryer, then airfry at 180°C for approximately 8-9 minutes
